June 1, 2012 Applications will begin being accepted on this date. June 30, 2012 Applications and all components (see checklist located on the Application Instructions) must be postmarked (if not submitted online) or received by the J. F Maddox Foundation on or before this date; otherwise, the applicant will not be considered. Please consider this deadline when preparing to take the ACT or SAT exam, requesting transcripts, and requesting teacher and personal recommendations. You will need to allow enough time for the Foundation to receive all required documents by the above deadline. Applicants are encouraged to submit the application and all required components together (except for transcripts, class rank, senior class schedule, and recommendations, which are sent directly to the Foundation).
